Ryan and Michael at the Ryder shop in Racine, WI, went above and beyond on my truck. They worked from around noon until midnight, and the service I received here was top-notch compared to other shops I’ve been to. They kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything in detail, which showed just how knowledgeable they are. The entire staff was friendly, and Ryan and Michael even fixed things I didn’t have to ask forβ€”things I’ve been trying to get other shops to handle for over a year, with no luck. You might as well say I’m driving a brand-new truck now. Even at midnight, they asked if I wanted my truck washed! I’m extremely pleased with the service here and will definitely make this my go-to shop whenever I need my truck looked at.

Let's play One Truth and One lie. This Rider shop after coming there with a horrible steering issue, tells me that my kingpins are bad and needs to be replaced and that the "Tech" greased them and I'm good to go back to the home terminal in Kansas to get the repairs done. What do you think was the truth and what do you think was the lie? After leaving, getting on I94. Going around a curve to the left my truck went off the right side of the road and about hit the barrier luckily I was able to maintain enough control to get stopped without hurting anybody or myself. After TA/Petro service looked at my truck they told me that there was no grease in the kingpins they were bone dry. They (TA) also stated that this truck is NOT safe for the road or even a parking lot. And that shop (Ryder Racine) should be closed for allowing this. After my company I drive for. (Not Ryder) said that they are having my truck towed to Racine to get fixed. I requested that they tow it to a different Ryder location. Milwaukee Ryder is going to take care of me and not lie to me and do a professional job.

Renting from this location in Racine, working with Marianne & other staff has been effortless & efficient. With all the variables that happen in a small business, this rental is never an issue. We appreciate working with Ryder. Thank you for finding customer service a priority.

Marianne is the best. She is prompt, adequate, and very professional. She answered every question I asked with ease and had me in and out within minutes. Racine is lucky to have her! She is Darling! She is like a hot bowl of soup on a cold day. Very warm and welcoming.

I highly recommend this Ryder location. I feel like each time I call I speak with Mariann, and I’m very happy about that because she is always so friendly and always manages to get a truck when we need one. In a world where good customer service is sorely lacking, it’s really nice to deal with someone who makes the customer feel like they genuinely care. Keep up the awesome job!
